Comfortable rooms with modern amenities.
The lack of signage made it very confusing to find the entrance. I felt completely lost when I arrived since there was no one available to assist or guide me. It took the kindness of other guests to help me figure out how to access the elevators. This should not happen in any establishment, especially in a city like Milan.

An unbeatable location! just a short stroll from the Duomo, with helpful staff and room service breakfast which brightened my mornings.
